华为老板任正非写过一篇很有名的文章《华为的冬天》，让人时刻提醒自己生存或者死亡时刻都在做着抉择，这几天公司人心惶惶，杭州的冬天迟迟没有冷下来，可是UT的冬天却来得那么快，每个人心上都蒙上了一层霜。
任正非又说了“冬天来了，春天还会远吗”，只要心里装着春天，冬天又有什么可怕的呢，我要说：“让冬天来洗礼我吧。”
