我老婆让我将制作的excel格式年历转换成jpg，为此郁闷了半天，在网上到处找方法、当软件，倒是有一个软件universal document convert可以转换，可是却偏偏是试用版，会打上标记，最后实在是没路可走了，突然想到用微软的画笔试试，果然搞定，过程如下所示：
1）打开excel文件，选中要转换的区域，复制
2）打开画笔，粘贴，会看到excel中的内容真的被粘贴进去了
3）另存为bmp
4）用ACDSee等工具将bmp转换为jpg

1. Open a excel file, and select the part which you want to convert, then COPY with Ctrl+C
2. Open Microsoft Windows paint, PASTE what you has copied before with Ctrl+V
3. Save as a .bmp file
4. Use tools, i.e. ACDSee, to convert bmp format to jpg format
